The course is addressed to Physiotherapists, Aesthetician, Occupational Therapists and other Health Professionals.

Course language will be Greek.

LLLC, EPIMORFOSIS intends to organize the Basic Seminar (Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) of the method of Dr. Vodder in collaboration with the O.Ed.E.M.A. Academy with professor Evripidis Triantafyllou.

The Basic Seminar lasts 3 days and will be held  in Athens.

The cost of the seminar is 390€.

The amount of 150€ must be prepaid for the finalization of the participation.

The remaining amount of 240€ must be deposited at least two days before the start of the seminar.

The course is addressed to physical therapists, aestheticians, alternative medicine therapists, physical therapy assistants. The purpose of the seminar is to train the participants in the application of lymphatic drainage techniques, organized in protocols with the aim of achieving detoxification and wellness.

The seminar lasts 3 days of 8 hours/day.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) was first introduced in 1933 by Emil Vodder. The purpose of the technique is to activate and optimize the function of the lymphatic system for the drainage of the intercellular fluid and the immune response. The seminar presents all the techniques used for the whole body based on Dr Vodder method and adapted to modern data.

Theory:
Participants will be trained to:

– The basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system to better understand the application and philosophy of the techniques.
– The theoretical explanation of basic disorders of the lymphatic system and their recognition, such as edema from venous insufficiency or medication, to avoid complications.
Practice: Participants will be trained in the following technical knowledge:
– Basic lymphatic drainage techniques: Static rotation manipulation, pump manipulation, turn stroke manipulation and scoop manipulation
– Contraindications and precautions when applying the techniques
– Sequences for all areas of the human body, based on the anatomy of the lymphatic system (face, neck, chest, back, upper extremities, abdominal area, lumbar area, lower extremities) and adapted to the healthy lymphatic system.
– Treatment protocols for the body and face for immediate application in spa and massage centers.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of attendance from O.Ed.E.M.A. Academy.

1. A certificate of attendance, a degree or a diploma will be issued.
2. Printed handouts are provided (notes or relevant book).
3. In case of cancellation of the seminar due to EPIMORFOSIS’s responsibility, deposited fees will be refunded immediately.
4. EPIMORFOSIS reserves the right to change the date or postopone  seminars, informing participants by phone and / or sms & e-mail. In such a  case participants are entitled to request full refund of their fees if they do not wish to attend the seminar on the new date or to use this amount for their participation in other seminars or services of the company.
5. In the event of a strike, government’s bans, heavy bad weather, and generally any event beyond the reasonable control of the organisers  which impedes the execution of part or all of the seminar, the organizers reserve the right to change the date and time of the event. In this case the fees are not refundable but are valid as they are.
6. Cancellation of participation due to participant’s responsibility is possible only by email, as follows:
• up to 30 days prior to the start of the seminar, all deposits are refundable.
• up to 15 days prior to the start of the seminar, 50% is refundable.
• no refund after this deadline, exceptions could be only by decision of EPIMORFOSIS.
7. The realisation of the course will be confirmed by email or/and sms to be sent to participants, in time.
